Shipping costs and delivery times
Updated 2 November 2026 · 1 minute read
Each store sets its own shipping rates per country or region. The rate for your country is shown on every item, in search and in your cart, before you pay.
Free shipping
A store can ship for free once your items from that store reach an amount it chooses, for example "free over €40.00". The amount can differ by destination, so a store may ship free in its own country sooner than abroad, and only some of its rates may be free. Item pages and the store's Shipping & terms tab show it, and your cart tells you how much more you'd need from that store. Only the items count towards the amount, not the shipping.
Choosing a rate
Some stores offer more than one rate, for example a letter for a few parts and a tracked parcel for sets. Pick the one you want per store in the cart or at checkout. Rates marked "up to 100 g" are for small, light orders; if your parcel turns out heavier, the store can switch it to a suitable rate before shipping. You pay the difference or get it back, and you can cancel the parcel instead.
How long it takes
Each store says how many business days it takes to ship ("ships within 1 day"). The delivery time of the rate comes on top. Checkout shows the expected arrival for each parcel.
If a store doesn't ship by its date, you can cancel that parcel for a full refund.
