What do the conditions mean?

Updated 1 November 2026 · 1 minute read

Every listing says whether the item is new or used. Used items also have a grade, and sets, instructions and boxes say how complete they are.

Grades for used items

  • Like new: no visible wear, colours bright, no tooth marks.
  • Good: light play wear, no cracks, colours not faded.
  • Acceptable: clear wear, small marks or light discolouration. The store describes it in the notes.

Completeness

  • Sealed: new and never opened.
  • Complete: every part for the main build and the alternate builds.
  • Incomplete: parts are missing. The notes say which.

Used sets must have photos and a note about their condition. If what arrives is worse than described, buyer protection covers you.
