Fees
2.5% when you sell. Nothing else.
No listing fees, no monthly fee, no fee on shipping. The fee is taken from each sale when the store is paid.
Examples
| Set sold for €100.00 | fee €2.50 |
| Minifigure sold for €6.50 | fee €0.16 |
| 400 parts sold for €24.00 | fee €0.60 |
| Shipping paid by the buyer | no fee |
| Payment processing | Stripe's fee, at cost |
Fees are rounded to the nearest cent. You see the fee on every order before you ship.
What you pay
- 2.5% of the item price on every sale, with no cap.
- No fee on shipping. Shipping goes to you in full.
- Payment processing at cost. What Stripe charges for the buyer's payment (about 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards; more for cards from outside Europe and currency conversion) is passed on unchanged and shown on each payout.
- No fee if an order is cancelled or refunded. The 2.5% fee is never charged on refunded items. Stripe keeps its fee when a payment is refunded. If the refund is because of your store (you cancel, ship too late so the buyer cancels, the buyer declines your shipping increase, or a problem report is decided for the buyer), that fee is taken from your next payout. If nobody is at fault, klodivo pays it.
- A 10% reserve, not a fee. 10% of each order stays in your Stripe balance in case a buyer disputes a card payment with their bank, and is paid to your bank 90 days after the buyer paid. Only a lost bank dispute you're responsible for is taken from it.
What you don't pay
- Listing items, however many.
- A monthly or yearly subscription.
- Imports and exports.
For buyers
Buyers pay the item price and each store's shipping. Stores can't add handling, packing or lot fees.
