Import from BrickLink or BrickStore

Go to Your store → Import and choose a file: a BrickLink inventory XML, a BrickStore .bsx file or a CSV (download the CSV template on the import page). Files can have up to 50,000 lots.

Check, then import

Nothing is added until you confirm. We match every row to the catalog and list rows that need a fix, for example an unknown part number or a colour name we don't recognise, often with a suggestion you can apply with "Use it". Download the problem rows as a CSV to fix them in your own files.

Options

• If a lot already exists: add to its quantity, replace it, or skip it.
• Prices: use the prices in the file, or the price guide average (optionally 10% below).
• Import as hidden to check everything before buyers see it.

You can export your inventory as BrickLink XML at any time from the inventory page.
