Discount codes

Updated 2 November 2026 · 1 minute read

Stores can make discount codes: a percentage or a fixed amount off their items, sometimes only on some items or above a minimum spend. A code only works at the store that made it.

Using a code

Enter the code in the "Discount code" field in the summary of your cart or checkout and choose Apply. It counts for every store in your cart that has that code, and the discount shows under that store's items and in the summary. A store uses one code per order (the last one you entered for it), and codes never change the shipping cost. If a code doesn't work, the summary says why, for example that it has ended, needs a bigger order, is for other items, or is a code for a store that isn't in your cart.

Some codes are personal: a store can send one to your account only, and you get it in your updates and by email. Codes can't be swapped for money.

For sellers

Create codes in Sell > Discount codes: a percentage or a fixed amount, for your whole store, categories (for example all parts) or items you choose in Inventory. You can set a minimum spend, start and end dates, how many times it can be used in total, and whether a buyer can use it once or more. A personal code goes to one buyer, by their username.

The discount comes off your parcel: you're paid for what the buyer paid, and klodivo's fee is on the price after the discount. If you share a code with a "was" price, the "was" price must be the lowest price of the last 30 days (EU rules), and never a made-up price.
