How does one cart work with several stores?

You can add items from any number of stores to one cart and pay once. Behind the scenes, your order is split into one parcel per store. Each store packs and ships its own parcel.

Why is shipping charged per store?

Every store sends its own parcel from its own address, so each one has its own postage. You see each store's shipping cost in the cart, before you pay.

Keeping shipping down

• Sort search results by price incl. shipping.
• On a wanted list, choose Fewest stores: we look for the mix with the fewest parcels.
• Use a store's own search to find more of what you need from the same parcel.

When do stores get paid?

We hold your payment until you mark a parcel as received, or 14 days after it's delivered. If something goes wrong, buyer protection covers you.
