Seller API

v1

Updated 7 November 2026

Keep your klodivo store in step with your inventory software: read and change your listings, and see and ship your orders. JSON over HTTPS.

Base addresshttps://klodivo.com/api/v1

Quick start

  1. Create a key under Your store → API. Choose Read only or Read and write. It's shown once.
  2. Send it with every request in the Authorization header.
  3. Call GET /store to check it works.

Authentication

Authorization: Bearer kv_live_…
Make one key per tool, so you can revoke one without breaking the others. A Read only key can't change anything. Keys are stored only as a fingerprint: we can't show a key again, so keep it safe.

Rate limits

RequestsLimit per key
All calls120 a minute
Create or update many10 a minute

Above the limit you get 429 with a Retry-After header.

Errors

Errors come back as {"error": {"code": "…", "message": "…", "fields": {…}}} with the matching status.

StatusMeaning
400The request can't be read (not JSON, wrong types, unknown filter).
401Missing, unknown or revoked key.
403Read only key, or the store is suspended or closed.
404Not found.
409Not possible now, for example shipping a cancelled order.
413Too many items in one request.
422Field errors, listed in fields.
429Too many requests.

Endpoints

Prefer files? Imports (BrickLink XML, BrickStore or CSV) and the BrickLink XML export keep working too. Using the API means accepting the Seller API terms.
