What "Verified seller" means
Updated 2 November 2026 · 1 minute read
A green checkmark next to a store's name means klodivo has checked all of this:
- Who runs the store. Stripe, our payment provider, verified the owner's identity with an ID document (for companies, the business registration and the people behind it) and the bank account payouts go to.
- A track record. At least 10 completed orders and 92% or more positive feedback over the last 12 months, from at least 5 ratings.
- No problems lost. No problem report decided in the buyer's favour in the last 90 days.
- A person looked. A klodivo moderator checked the store before adding the checkmark.
We check every night. If any of this stops being true, the checkmark is removed automatically until it's met again.
It doesn't change your protection: every order on klodivo, from any store, is covered by buyer protection.
Selling? Your dashboard shows which conditions you already meet. There's nothing to apply for: once you meet them all, a moderator reviews your store.
