• Catalog items only. Every listing is a real catalog item: a set, minifigure, part, instructions, original box, gear or book. No unsorted bulk, no "compatible" or counterfeit bricks.
• Describe honestly. Use the grades as described in how to grade used items, and note missing parts and wear.
• Ship on time. Ship within the time your store states and add tracking for tracked rates. Late parcels can be cancelled by the buyer.
• Keep it on klodivo. Take payment only through checkout and keep conversations in messages, so both sides are protected.
• Answer buyers. Reply to messages within 2 business days.
