How klodivo ranks results and handles feedback
1. No paid placement
No store can pay klodivo for a better position, and klodivo has no store of its own. Fees are the same for every store. Verified stores get a badge, but the badge does not change their position.
2. Marketplace search
You choose the order. The options are:

| Price incl. shipping | Item price plus the store's shipping to your country. Calculated for the 1,000 cheapest matches. |
| Year | The year the item was released. |
Only listings that are active and in stock, from open stores that a moderator has approved, are shown. Stores on vacation, frozen or suspended stores are left out.
3. Item pages
Each item page lists the stores selling it, cheapest first including shipping to your country (item price plus the store's shipping, both in euros). Stores that don't ship to your country come last. It shows up to 200 offers (the 200 with the lowest item price), and you can filter by condition (new or used).
4. Store pages and the store directory
- A store's own page: newest first or by price, plus up to 8 listings the store chose to highlight ("Picked by the store").
- Store directory: by number of listings (default), by feedback, or newest stores first.
5. Feedback: how it works and how we check it
- Only real buyers can rate. You can leave feedback only for a parcel you bought and paid for on klodivo, once the store has shipped it. One rating per parcel.
- Ratings are positive, neutral or negative, with an optional comment of up to 280 characters. The store can reply once.
- A store's percentage is positive ratings ÷ all ratings in the last 12 months.
- We don't remove negative feedback because it is negative. We remove feedback only if it is illegal or breaks our rules (for example abuse, personal data, or feedback about something other than the order), following our Content and moderation policy.
- We don't pay or reward anyone for feedback, and stores can't buy or edit it.
- Feedback stays published if the buyer deletes their account, shown as "Former member".
