klodivo Listing Rules

1. What you can sell

Only genuine LEGO® items that exist in klodivo's catalog: sets, minifigures, parts, instructions, original boxes, gear, and books and catalogs. Every listing is linked to one catalog item, so buyers can compare like with like. If an item is missing from the catalog or has a mistake, use "Suggest a correction" on the item page.

2. What you can't sell

  • Counterfeit items, "compatible" or clone bricks, or anything else presented as LEGO® that isn't genuine.
  • Unsorted bulk lots, mixed lots, "mystery" lots and custom builds (MOCs).
  • Items that have been recalled or are unsafe, or new toys without the manufacturer's information and warnings.
  • Items you don't have or can't ship within your stated time.
  • Anything illegal, stolen, or that infringes someone else's rights (including using the LEGO logo, or suggesting your store is official or approved by the LEGO Group).

3. Describing items honestly

  • Condition: New, or Used: Like new, Good or Acceptable.
  • Completeness (sets): Sealed, Complete or Incomplete. A new set can't be "incomplete". Say what is missing.
  • Used sets need photos and a note. Without them, the listing is saved but hidden.
  • Notes up to 500 characters. Mention anything a buyer would want to know (missing pieces, sticker condition, box damage, smoke-free home, and so on).
  • Photos must be your own, of the actual item, unless it is new and sealed.

4. Prices and shipping

  • Prices in EUR, USD or GBP, up to 100,000 per item. Prices from business stores must include any VAT.
  • Shipping prices must reflect the real cost. No handling, packing or lot fees on top.
  • "Was" prices and reductions must follow the 30-day lowest-price rule (Seller Terms, section 4.3).

5. Safety information

klodivo shows on each listing:

  • Manufacturer: LEGO System A/S, Åstvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark.
  • The warning: "Warning: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts. Choking hazard." for sets, parts and minifigures.

Business stores must not remove or contradict these, and must add any further warnings that came with the product.

6. What happens if a listing breaks the rules

We may hide or remove the listing and tell you why. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to restrictions or suspension (Seller Terms, section 12). Anyone can report a listing with the "Report" link on the listing or through our Content and moderation policy.
