When does the store get paid?

We hold your payment until you mark a parcel as received ("Everything arrived" on the order), or 14 days after it's delivered. Only then is the money released to the store.

If you report a problem before that, the payment stays on hold until we've sorted it out. That's what makes buyer protection work.
